Occupational Therapist - Home Health - PRN
About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated organization, provides home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health. The Occupational Therapist works with a diverse caseload in patients’ homes as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on coordinated, patient-centered care. The clinician is supported through thoughtful scheduling, defined territories, limited drive time between visits whenever possible, and clinical leadership from therapists. The organization also offers individualized support for professional interests and growth, including access to its Clinical Excellence Academy, mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and virtual educational programming. The position is PRN and paid per visit, with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Graduate, currently or pending, from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Active or pending state occupational therapist license.
- Comfort working independently in the home setting.
