About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated organization, provides home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health. The Occupational Therapist will provide care in Fernandina Beach, Florida, as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals focused on coordinated, patient-centered care. The role offers a diverse caseload, thoughtful scheduling, defined territories, and efforts to limit drive time between visits. Clinicians receive support from therapy leadership and can pursue individualized professional growth. The position is PRN and paid per visit, with a stated rate of $55–$85 per visit.

Requirements

• Graduate, or be currently completing requirements, from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Hold an active or pending state occupational therapy license.

Responsibilities
