About The Position
Vitality Senior Living is seeking a creative, compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation and wellness care to senior residents in senior living communities. The therapist evaluates and treats patients, builds relationships with residents and community partners, and supports resident wellness through consultations, program delivery, and patient education. The position is available PRN or full-time and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. The stated pay range is $42.00–$50.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for a $5,000 bonus.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Build leadership experience through community partnerships.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
