Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Industrial Medicine
About The Position
The Freedman Group is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its outpatient industrial medicine practice in Marietta, Georgia. The therapist will primarily serve working patients by completing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and work conditioning, and will also conduct home assessments for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. The clinic emphasizes patient-centered, individualized care and maintains an optimal caseload to allow therapists to give patients meaningful time and attention. The practice specializes in FCEs, work conditioning, and home assessments. It uses advanced evaluation and work-simulation systems, including ARCON and BTE, and provides opportunities for specialty certifications and professional development. Therapists can pursue advancement into roles such as clinic leader, director, new-clinic founder, or clinical instructor. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a stated salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year and an annual incentive bonus opportunity. Requirements
- Graduate from, or be soon to graduate from, an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Georgia or eligible for licensure in Georgia.
