Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
  • NBCOT certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
  • Deliver therapy sessions that improve function in daily activities
  • Support patients with fine motor, sensory, and coordination challenges
  • Educate caregivers and families on treatment strategies and home support
  • Track outcomes and update care plans based on patient response
  • Maintain complete clinical records and progress notes
