Occupational Therapist Jobs

CentraCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in Willmar, Minnesota. The role primarily serves pediatric patients, with some adult patients as required. The Occupational Therapist conducts evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, maintains accurate documentation, and communicates and collaborates with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care. This is a full-time position scheduled for 80 hours every two weeks. The flexible schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Starting pay is $76,939.20 per year and increases with experience; the listed salary range is $68,952.00 to $103,438.40 per year. Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus, subject to eligibility and distance requirements.
