About The Position
Our Corte Madera clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for a skilled, warm RN to join us as Assistant Clinic Director. Working closely with the Clinic Director, you'll be at the heart of what we do — delivering excellent IV therapy, building genuine client relationships, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly. The role is flexible on hours and is a path to Clinic Director, if of interest. You’ll have partnership and support from the Clinic Director and owners. This is a hands-on clinical role in a serene, spa-like environment where every day looks a little different — the quality of your care and the warmth you bring to clients genuinely matters. You'll work alongside a Clinic Director and a team of owners who are invested in making this a place you're proud to work.
Requirements
- Current, active California RN license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1+ year of vascular access or infusion experience
Nice To Haves
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Some leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting
Responsibilities
- Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and with confidence
- Monitor clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
- Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
- Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all clinical protocols
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience
- Help clients understand IV Nutrition offerings and drive membership conversations through education, not pressure
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service
- Support daily clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Execute company protocols and keep the clinic organized and compliant
- Act as primary point of contact when the Clinic Director is unavailable
- Help onboard, train, and support new team members
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture people are proud to be part of
- Support the CD in coaching and maintaining performance standards
