The role involves providing leadership and operational support to Morrison Healthcare accounts in the Columbus, GA area, assisting during leadership openings, transitions, special projects, and other operational needs. The position offers the chance to gain experience across multiple accounts and potentially grow into a permanent leadership role. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting associates, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent food and service for patients, guests, and staff.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and daily operations
  • High-volume food production or catering experience preferred
  • Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Columbus, GA area
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance with a leading foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational support to accounts throughout the Columbus, GA area
  • Support accounts during leadership openings, transitions, and special projects
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, guests, and department leaders
  • Lead, train, and support frontline associates and management teams
  • Partner with culinary leadership to provide high-quality food and service
  • Assist with budgets, labor, purchasing, and other financial responsibilities
  • Support new programs and operational improvements
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are followed
