About The Position

Our Addison clinic is opening soon, and we’re hiring a Clinic Director (RN) to lead operations, clinical oversight, team development, and client experience. This role blends leadership, business ownership, and hands‑on clinical excellence. You’ll set the tone, build the team, and ensure every client receives exceptional care. This role carries real responsibility — you’re accountable for everything that happens in the clinic. You’ll coach staff, address client concerns, manage sales goals, and navigate operational challenges. We’re looking for steady leadership: someone who solves problems quickly, develops their team thoughtfully, and creates an experience clients want to return to. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Google Workspace
  • EMR systems
  • Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
  • Sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management tools
  • Strong leadership and ownership mentality
  • Proven ability to drive sales and retention
  • Clinical excellence paired with business acumen
  • Skilled at hiring, motivating, and developing teams
  • Warm, clear communicator
  • Organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast‑moving environment

  • ACLS certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own clinic performance: revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and team execution
  • Set culture, professionalism, and brand standards
  • Review KPIs and turn insights into action plans
  • Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services
  • Coach the team on sales, retention, and client education
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with corporate on promotions
  • Engage the local community through networking and outreach
  • Deliver a personalized, consistent, high‑quality client experience
  • Resolve concerns promptly and follow up when needed
  • Maintain a hospitality‑driven environment that earns loyalty and referrals
  • Oversee safe, compliant administration of IV therapies and injections
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and clinical quality
  • Provide clinical guidance and uphold safety and professionalism
  • Hire, train, and develop clinical and front‑of‑house staff
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and accountability
  • Recognize high performers and develop future leaders
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering
  • Ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery
