About The Position

Requirements

• Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Must have and maintain current, valid CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of residents’ total regimen of care.
• Assist in implementing the clinical staffing model and perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, audits, evaluations, and charting as necessary.
• Participate in implementing and maintaining the company’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Participate in and prepare for facility surveys and accreditation programs conducted by authorized regulatory agencies and/or the company.
