About The Position

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and individualized attention to residents.
• Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that values residents’ dignity and respect.
• Perform nursing services and assist residents with mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
