About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at Waters Edge Village help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, and respect. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and offering individualized attention. CNAs work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care and are expected to demonstrate American Senior Communities’ C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Full-time day, evening, and night shifts are available.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
