About The Position

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join their team. This PRN position involves performing basic patient care activities under the supervision of an RN or LPN, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The role reports to the Director or Manager of the Department. The hospital serves a wide range of patient populations from neonates to older adults and involves occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements, with regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of practice
• BLS required
• High School diploma preferred
