About The Position

Rosewalk Village Lafayette is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time work, with day, evening, and night shifts available. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves providing resident care in a supportive, collaborative team environment and demonstrating the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to support teamwork, collaboration, and respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Provide medication management and conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
