Certified Nurse Aide CNA Weekend Option
About The Position
Bethlehem Woods is hiring a Weekend Option Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time 6 a.m.–6 p.m. schedule. CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living and providing companionship and reassurance while respecting each resident’s dignity and individual needs. The CNA works with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive care and helps create a respectful, positive environment. Requirements
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Supportive presence and ability to create a comforting, engaging atmosphere.
- Ability to work collaboratively toward excellent resident care.
- Interpersonal communication skills that support a respectful and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.

- Perform nursing services requiring physical stamina, strength, and endurance.
- Assist residents with mobility, including lifting and bending as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
