Certified Nurse Aide CNA Weekend Option
About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a weekend option day-shift opportunity at Coventry Meadows. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting their mobility. CNAs collaborate with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Have supportive interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
