About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Room at an acute care hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. The 13-week contract pays $2,359 per week, calculated at $65.55 per hour for 36 hours per week. Eligible nurses may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week. The schedule is a day shift from 07:00 to 19:30, Wednesday through Friday. The start date is November 9, 2026, and there are two openings. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter who supports the nurse from submission through the final shift. The company also assists with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding. Contract extensions and new assignments are often available.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license, or a multistate compact license accepted by Indiana.
- At least 2 years of recent acute-care Operating Room experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
