About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, professional dialysis nursing services in an outpatient setting. The RN is responsible for patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing while delivering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient status, and responding to clinical situations. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment alongside a clinical care team, using critical thinking to solve problems, educating patients, and building meaningful relationships. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply, and paid dialysis training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, three to four days per week, with 10–15-hour shifts and two Saturdays per month; there is no Sunday work. The listed wage range is $42.00–$57.00 per hour, with compensation depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Basic EKG interpretation.
  • Two or more years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CNN certification.
  • Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg.

Responsibilities
