About The Position

Priority Management Group is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to serve as a Charge Nurse at Camelot Brookside in Jennings, Louisiana. The nurse will provide care to assigned residents, collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership, and support the development of nursing services. The role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while working with a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

• Hold a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
• Consult with physicians about resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Help team members grow their careers.
• Examine residents and their records and charts to identify normal and abnormal findings and recognize early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
• Complete administrative duties for assigned residents, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
