About The Position
360care provides ancillary care to residents of senior care communities, connecting those communities with clinical professionals. The Nurse Practitioner provides cerumen removal care to patients seen on-site in a treatment room within the facility and makes clinical decisions. 360care supplies the equipment and materials for visits, handles scheduling and billing, provides documentation equipment and office and care-coordination support, and offers field support and mentorship from a Clinical Director. NPs have a Collaborative Physician.
Requirements
- Be a Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide cerumen removal care to patients in senior care communities.
- Make clinical decisions for patient care.
- See patients on-site in a treatment room located within the facility.
