About The Position

360care provides ancillary care to residents of senior care communities, serving as a link between those communities and healthcare providers. The Nurse Practitioner provides cerumen removal care to patients seen on-site in a treatment room within a facility. Providers focus on patient care and make clinical decisions, while 360care supports scheduling, billing, documentation, supplies, and coordination. The role includes field support and mentorship from a Clinical Director and a Collaborative Physician for NPs.

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cerumen removal care to patients at senior care facilities.
• Make clinical decisions and focus on providing quality patient care.
• Document visits using a company-provided laptop.
