About The Position

Requirements

• Maintain a nurse practitioner or physician assistant license, registration, or certification to practice medicine with physician supervision in the jurisdiction.
• Have and maintain an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificate.
• Maintain a written collaborative practice agreement if required by state licensure.
• Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Have a minimum of four years of experience working in an adult primary care or urgent care practice.

• Experience in a correctional or institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of healthcare and patient care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
