About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting. The organization provides mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults through in-person clinics and telemedicine. Nurse Practitioners are part of the clinical team and are expected to deliver high-quality patient care and demonstrate clinical excellence. The position involves medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The role offers flexible work schedules, with the option to provide care through telemedicine and in person. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $187,200–$299,520 and uncapped earnings. Requirements
- Licensed in Rhode Island as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
