About The Position

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is a 12-month paid program developed in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Set in a value-based care model focused on quality rather than quantity of care, the program provides skills, support, and learning to help fellows become confident and competent clinicians for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and participate in didactic learning designed to build on graduate training rather than repeat it. Fellows commit to working at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the fellowship. The program has two concurrent cohorts, beginning in September and March each year. The position is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Spanish language skills are preferred.
