About The Position

Oak Street Health’s Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a 12-month paid program developed in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Set within a value-based care model focused on quality rather than volume, the fellowship provides skills, support, and learning to help new nurse practitioners become confident and competent clinicians caring for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and take part in didactic instruction that builds on their graduate training. The program has cohorts starting in September and March each year. Fellows commit to working at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the fellowship. The listed annual salary for the Allentown location is $100,000; the broader pay range for the job grade is $87,035 to $187,460. This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours. Spanish language skills are preferred, depending on clinic location.
