About The Position
Sparta Networking is supporting a leading regional aviation operator in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics. This position supports regional aircraft fleet maintenance operations, including scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and system repairs in an airline hangar and ramp environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting. Full-time and contract opportunities available.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – Required
- Minimum 1+ year commercial aircraft experience preferred
- Regional aircraft experience (CRJ, ERJ, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled inspections and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical systems
- Remove and install aircraft components
- Conduct operational and functional checks
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Complete accurate logbook and maintenance documentation
- Support overnight and line maintenance operations as needed
