About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, Florida area. The position offers a five-day work week and hourly, non-flat-rate compensation of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, typically ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly compensation and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can receive one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed. The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains service options, performs agreed-upon repairs, and provides regular vehicle maintenance. The role also involves delivering fast, friendly, clean, professional customer service and helping maintain ACE’s customer relationships and reputation. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. The company describes its work environment as supportive and collaborative, with employees encouraged to share ideas. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have brake work experience.
- Have your own tools.

- Enjoy troubleshooting.
- Be able to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
