About The Position

The role has a five-day work week and pays an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks based on store-level automotive repair net sales, typically ranging from $400 to $1,400. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications obtained while employed by the company. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicle issues, explains repair options to customers, completes approved repairs, and performs regular vehicle maintenance. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Must have own tools.
Honest and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Service-oriented and attentive to detail.
Enjoy troubleshooting and be able to explain technical information in layman's terms.
