About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Stuart, Florida area. The position has a five-day work week and pays an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications, rather than flat-rate pay. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 and based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can also earn a one-time $500 bonus for each certification earned while employed by the company. The technician diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options to customers, performs agreed-upon repairs, and provides regular vehicle maintenance. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Brake work experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Enjoys troubleshooting and can explain technical information in layman's terms.
- Honest and reliable.
Responsibilities
