About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami Gardens, Florida area. This is a full-time position with a five-day work week. The role involves diagnosing mechanical problems, explaining repair options to customers, and completing agreed-upon repairs, along with providing regular vehicle maintenance. Technicians are expected to deliver fast, friendly, and professional service while helping customers feel valued.

Compensation is a non-flat-rate hourly wage of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 and based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians may also receive one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Brake work experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Honesty and reliability.

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
