About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician for its Miami, Florida area team. This is a full-time position with a five-day work week. The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, completes agreed-upon repairs, and provides regular vehicle maintenance. The role emphasizes competent, trustworthy work and fast, friendly, professional customer service. Compensation is a non-flat-rate hourly wage of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees may receive one-time bonuses of $500 for certifications earned while employed. Atlantic Coast Enterprises is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have brake work experience.
- Have your own tools.
- Be honest and reliable.

- Be service-oriented and attentive to detail.
- Enjoy troubleshooting.
- Be able to explain technical information in layman's terms.
