About The Position

The role has a five-day work week and pays an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed by the company. The technician diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options to customers, completes agreed-upon repairs, and performs regular vehicle maintenance. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Have your own tools.
Be honest and reliable.
Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Enjoy troubleshooting and be able to explain technical information in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
