About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time, experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Boca Raton, Florida area. The position has a five-day work week and offers an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications, rather than flat-rate pay. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks, typically ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time bonuses of $500 for certifications earned while employed. The technician maintains and repairs customer vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, and completes repairs agreed upon with customers. The role also includes routine vehicle maintenance and delivering fast, friendly, professional customer service. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Must have own tools.
Honesty and reliability.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.
