About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Naranja, Florida area. This full-time role offers a five-day work week and hourly, non-flat-rate compensation ranging from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly compensation and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications achieved while employed.

The technician maintains and repairs vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options to customers, and completes agreed-upon repairs. The role also performs regular vehicle maintenance and provides friendly, professional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities

• Properly maintain and repair customers’ vehicles.
