Requirements
- Three years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with marketing and business stakeholders to document research questions and success measures.
- Develops research materials and secures approval from internal partners as necessary.
- Conducts research and/or partners with external vendors using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Interprets marketing trends.
- Develops research findings and incorporates into recommendations.
- Integrates primary and secondary research data.
- Presents research findings to stakeholders, gains buy-in from key decision makers, and makes recommendations to facilitate decision-making process.
- Manages external research vendors as needed.
- Identifies deliverables and timelines.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of deliverables provided by external research vendors.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
