About The Position

Our team specializes in municipal, civil, commercial construction and disaster recovery projects, with a strong focus on quality, schedule and costs. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead transformative projects and ensure exceptional results. Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management or administration.
- Proficiency with construction project management tools and computer programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction operations, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project owners, design team, contractors and facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and request for change orders while maintaining comprehensive project records.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor schedule progress, ensure quality control, and address challenges.
- Ensure all construction activities meet local, state, and federal standards, including FEMA guidelines and municipal codes, as required.
- Foster professional growth within project teams and contribute to refining company-wide best practices.
