Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in construction management or administration.
Proficiency with construction project management tools and computer programs.
Exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Manage daily construction operations, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
Serve as the central point of contact for project owners, design team, contractors and facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and request for change orders while maintaining comprehensive project records.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor schedule progress, ensure quality control, and address challenges.
Ensure all construction activities meet local, state, and federal standards, including FEMA guidelines and municipal codes, as required.
Foster professional growth within project teams and contribute to refining company-wide best practices.
