About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Complete a maintenance skills assessment during the interview process
• Pass pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
• Provide a physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance duties
• Perform facilities maintenance duties
• Perform painting tasks
• Perform general construction tasks
• Handle on-call duties one week every three weeks
