Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse and supervisory role
- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in computer systems, including WMS
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A high school diploma or GED is required
Nice To Haves
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily warehouse logistics, such as receiving, storage, and shipping
- Tracking products, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling variances
- Supervising, training, and managing warehouse associates
- Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements
- Overseeing material handling equipment operations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and entering data into systems
- Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth operation
