Account Coordinator - Logistics & Transportation
About The Position
Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team in Lehi, Utah. This role is crucial for freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service, managing shipments from pickup through delivery, communicating with customers and carriers, solving transportation issues, and supporting sales and operations teams. Responsibilities
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
- Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
- Provide a high level of customer service and account support
- Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners
