About The Position
Account Coordinator – Logistics & Transportation Lehi, UT | Full-Time | In-Person Looking for a career in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management in Lehi, Utah? Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service. You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams. Requirements

- Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
- Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
- Provide a high level of customer service and account support
- Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners
