About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Worcester, MA. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care. We offer the tools, support, and community needed to build a fulfilling, long-term career, serving over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
- See 15-21 sessions per week.
- Serve as a behavioral health generalist, open to seeing couples/children with support.
- Potentially take on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
