About The Position
This full-time, remote telehealth role is open to independently licensed therapists in Minnesota. The therapist works with adults seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, and other non-crisis concerns that affect how clients feel or function. The role involves a regular schedule of virtual appointments and independence in managing sessions, while keeping clinical work and case records organized and current. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers compensation of $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field.
- Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Previous experience working with adults in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote role.
- Comfort using technology for virtual care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adults through secure video sessions.
- Help clients better understand concerns interfering with daily life.
- Use professional experience to guide conversations and determine appropriate next steps.
- Keep session records clear, accurate, and completed on time.
- Monitor changes that may call for a different approach.
- Bring questions or more complicated situations to clinical consultation when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
- Follow Minnesota licensing and ethical requirements.
