About The Position
Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Entry Level Industrial Electrician for our Plover, Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of industrial electrician experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and AC DC circuits
- Strong commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
- Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits
- Perform preventative maintenance and reduce downtime
- Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and 4 to 20 mA circuits
- Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve technical issues
