Journeyman Electrician
About The Position
The Journeyman Electrician performs licensed electrical installation on FacilityIG projects, including power, conduit, terminations, and equipment. Work must comply with applicable codes and company quality and safety standards. The electrician also helps develop apprentices. This is a full-time, non-exempt, at-will position in the field in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Pay is $36.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements
- Active journeyman electrician license.
- Commercial or solar installation experience.
- Ability to read plans and one-lines.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test electrical systems according to plans and the NEC.
- Lead work tasks and direct apprentices on assigned scopes.
- Maintain a safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Document completed work and support inspections.
- Help develop apprentices.
