Journeyman Electrician, Residential Service (Texas License)
About The Position
Weeks Service Company is hiring a Texas-licensed Journeyman or Wireman Electrician to perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work. The role also supports HVAC installation teams with equipment tie-ins and related electrical work. The electrician diagnoses and repairs electrical components, wiring, and systems; ensures work complies with applicable codes and safety standards; explains repair and upgrade options to homeowners; and provides professional customer service on every call. The company offers a year-round workload, paid training and development, licensing and certification support, and opportunities for career advancement. Compensation includes base pay of up to $30 per hour, a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for qualified candidates, performance-based bonuses and incentives, and stated annual earning potential of $80,000–$100,000 or more.
Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Electrician.
- Current Texas Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
