About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Java Enterprise Backend Development experience.
• Capable of passing public trust clearance.
• Must pass client security clearance, including a background check, good credit standing, fingerprinting, and a drug test.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have been a Green Card permanent resident for the past 7 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced proficiency in Agile Team Practices.
• Advanced proficiency in the JUnit Testing Framework and Spring Boot.
• Intermediate proficiency in Apache Kafka and Microservices Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support current software solutions and develop new ones.
• Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Contribute to key deliveries and provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Maintain existing Java C applications.
• Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, learn from others, and teach others.
