As we open our new Texas plant, we are seeking an Inventory Manager to play a key role in building a world-class operation from day one! Applicants should be: Background check and pre-employment drug screening required. Display being detail oriented eye/hand coordination. Able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Able to work well individually or in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Overview The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse and production environment. This position ensures materials are available to support uninterrupted production while maintaining an organized inventory system and orderly warehouse. The Inventory Manager supervises the Parts Team, manages inventory processes, and evaluates inventory systems and workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and material flow. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and components are delivered to production in a timely manner and that inventory practices align with operational and quality requirements. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
