About The Position

Aftermarket Sales Interns support the sales team by assisting with proposals, customer inquiries, and internal coordination for custom water and wastewater treatment systems sold to industrial and commercial clients. This role offers a learning focus on technical sales in an engineered-to-order environment, customer engagement and solution development, and sales to project handoff and lifecycle visibility.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (Engineering, business, project management, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial systems, or water/wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing proposals, budgets, and bid responses.
  • Help gather customer requirements and technical information.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for proposal support.
  • Maintain CRM data and track leads and opportunities.
  • Assist with market research and customer outreach activities.
  • Participate in customer calls, internal handoff meetings, and sales reviews.
