About The Position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior field experience, possess leadership qualities, and be a dependable self-starter committed to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves learning new methods and perspectives, and requires availability for rotating nights and weekends. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check are required.
Requirements
- 2 years prior field experience preferred
- Dependable self-starter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Leadership qualities
- Willingness to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
