About The Position

The Installation Assistant works alongside experienced installers on residential window and door replacement projects. The role assists with removing and installing premium windows and doors, finish carpentry, measuring and preparation, and related installation tasks. It also includes transporting materials, maintaining an organized job site, and providing homeowners with a positive on-site experience. The position offers training and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Comfort using hand and power tools.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction, carpentry, remodeling, or installation experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the removal and installation of premium windows and doors.
• Support finish carpentry and installation-related tasks.
• Measure, prepare, and safely use hand and power tools.
• Load, unload, and transport installation materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Deliver a positive experience for homeowners while on-site.
